He discusses his passion for providing exemplary customer service and why it can make or break a company. Chuck also discusses his philosophy on how to act with grace when the unexpected happens or things go wrong.

"If you want something, you’ve got to go get it — sometimes you have to convince people that you're the person to do this.” - Chuck Cox

“It's all about the recovery, taking care of the customer, and doing as quickly as possible. And they understand that, and they appreciate it a lot.” - Chuck Cox

“All our decisions in the company are made for the customer. Our vision is to create smiles by enhancing lives. You think about that. If you let that enter into every decision you make, you'll keep these customers for a long, long time.” - Chuck Cox

Chuck Cox’s Words of Wisdom:

Every day, you’ve got to get up and you got to go to work, and you’ve got to make it up. Then once you're there, things are going to happen every day, it's not going to go the way you want it or the way you plan it every day. Sometimes you just simply make it up.
