Ron Sciarro oversees leadership development, training, and operations strategy to assist franchise owners and their senior leadership teams with the execution of franchise systems within the Aqua-Tots core values across 100+ Aqua-Tots Swim Schools locations in 14 countries. Paul Preston oversees strategic planning, growth, and franchise development of all Aqua-Tots swim school openings worldwide. The pair have also co-founded Legacy Adventures, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for fathers to connect with their children through organized outdoor activities, and are also co-founders of The Scuba Shop, and KTR, the Indoor Action Sports Playground franchise.
